This Limited Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies only to Refurbished Smartphones sold by Switchkart Technologies Private Limited (“SwitchKart”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By purchasing a Refurbished Smartphone from SwitchKart, the customer (“Consumer”, “You”) agrees to the following warranty terms.

1. Warranty Period

Refurbished Smartphones sold by SwitchKart come with a six (06) months limited warranty, beginning from the invoice date issued by SwitchKart.

2. Eligibility
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser whose name appears on the invoice.
• Warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable.

3. Requirements for Warranty Service

To claim warranty service, the Consumer must provide:
• Original invoice issued by SwitchKart
• Device IMEI number
• Front, back, and side images of the device
• A video showing the issue.

Failure to provide these may result in rejection of the warranty claim.

4. Warranty Claim Process

Consumers may raise a warranty complaint through:

📧 support@switchkart.com

Device must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Internal Seal Requirement

The device’s internal seal must be intact at the time of inspection.
If the seal is found tampered with or if unauthorized repairs are detected, the warranty becomes void.

6. What the Warranty Covers

The 6-month limited warranty covers:
• Functional defects
• Touch/display issues not caused by damage
• Speaker/microphone issues
• Software or performance-related problems

7. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty does NOT cover:
• Physical damage after delivery
• Water or liquid damage
• Cracked or broken display
• Burn-in / green lines / ink spread caused after use
• Tampered or invalid IMEI
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or tampering

8. Resolution During Warranty

During the warranty period, SwitchKart may:
• Repair the smartphone
or
• Replace it with an equivalent refurbished unit

The choice between repair or replacement is at SwitchKart’s discretion.

Replacement units carry the remaining warranty from the original purchase—not a new 6-month warranty.

9. Packaging Requirement

If the device is being replaced or picked up, the Consumer must pack it securely.
SwitchKart may:
• Reject the claim, or
• Charge for damages

if transit damage occurs due to poor packaging.
