Switchkart Refund & Replacement Policy

DOA – Defect on Arrival (Within 7 Days of Sale)

  • If a device has an issue at the time of sale or within 7 days, report immediately to the Service Team.
  • Share issue video or CCTV footage of the incident.
  • Device will be verified and replaced with a credit note after checking.

DAP – Defect After Purchase (Within 30 Days)

  • For issues found after 7 days and within 90 days, customer must call 1800 123 006007.
  • Service team will guide the customer to the nearest service center.
  • Only functional issues are covered under warranty.
  • Water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
  • Customer must provide Invoice, Box, and Cable for warranty claim.

Requirements for Refund / Replacement

  • IMEI / Serial Number validation is required.
  • Device images (front, back, side) must be shared before pickup; video may be required.
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.
  • Return reason must match the reported issue, otherwise request will be cancelled.
  • Seal must be intact; tampered devices are not eligible.
  • Proper packaging is mandatory; charges may apply for damage caused during transit.
  • Hold devices can be returned within 15 days for re-billing.
  • Force Majeure conditions apply for delays (strikes, disasters, govt action, etc.).
