These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, sale, and use of refurbished devices sold by Switchkart Technologies Private Limited (“SwitchKart”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

2. Definition of Re-Vibed Devices
“Re-Vibed Devices” are pre-owned mobile phones that have undergone:
• Professional refurbishment
• 51+ point quality checks
• Certified testing
• Cosmetic cleaning
• Grading
• Packaging
These devices may show minimal signs of use based on their grade.

3. Warranty
All Re-Vibed devices come with a 6-month warranty from SwitchKart.
3.1 Warranty Covers:
• Functionality issues
• Touch/display problems (not caused by physical damage)
• Speaker/mic issues
• Software or performance issues
3.2 Warranty Does NOT Cover:
• Physical damage after delivery
• Water damage
• Cracked/broken display
• Burn-in or ink spread caused after use
• Tampered IMEI
• Unauthorized repairs
• Damage due to mishandling
Warranty validity is confirmed only after SwitchKart’s technical inspection.

4. Replacement Policy
Replacements are allowed only under the following conditions:
1. Device received is defective on arrival
2. Wrong device variant/model delivered
Replacements are available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Devices must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories.

5. No Return / No Refund Policy
Re-Vibed devices are non-returnable except in cases of:
• DOA (Dead on Arrival)(unboxing video required)
• Wrong product received
Buyers are advised to check product details carefully before purchase.

Actual device pictures have been provided.
Minor variations may occur due to grading or lighting differences.

7. Order Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
SwitchKart is not liable for delays caused by:
• Courier partners
• Natural disruptions
• Strikes or uncontrollable events

8. Pricing & Payments
• Prices of Re-Vibed devices are dynamic and may change anytime
• GST is applicable as per law
• Payment must be completed online before dispatch
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways compliant with Indian regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
• SwitchKart is not responsible for data loss after device usage
• We do not guarantee brand-new performance
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the device
We are not liable for:
• Personal misuse
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption

This Terms & Conditions document complies with:
